Lara offers integrative counselling and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, aged 18+.

A former journalist and fashion editor, Lara works creatively with both curiosity and compassion, providing a non-judgemental and confidential space for you to explore whatever you need.

Areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, bereavement, personal and professional relationship issues, eating disorders, shame, sexuality, life transitions and trauma.
