Hi, I’m Lydia.
I’m a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in London England specialising in Women’s Weight Management.
I help women foster a healthy relationship with food and their bodies naturally, by showing them exactly how to take control of their thoughts, feelings and actions to radically shift their eating habits and movement without dieting, starvation, binging, self-loathing, fads, trends, supplements or products.
Education + Qualifications:
My education includes a double honours degree in Russian Studies and Journalism from the University of Kings College in Canada, Certification from LSI (Language Studies International) in Canada to teach English as a foreign language. I’m also a certified HypnoBirthing Mongan Method practitioner and finally went on to study and certify in Evidence-Based Hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
I work closely together with each of my clients to help her:
