Craniosacral Therapist and Homeopath

Raj offers a gentle but profound form of bodywork called Craniosacral therapy, supporting the body’s innate healing mechanism in releasing layers of shock, trauma and grief that can remain as memories in the body. She is trained to listen to the body with her hands and release areas of restriction in the bones, membranes and fascia from the cranium, down the spine to the sacrum, enhancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid up and down the spinal cord. The effect is calming on the nervous system, enabling stress reduction, better sleep, improvement in migraines, headaches, tinnitus, back pain and anxiety to name a few.

Who is it for?
Craniosacral therapy is suitable for all ages as it is a gentle touch treatment.
Clients range from athletes with sports injuries to teenagers / adults with depression and PTSD.
Craniosacral therapy is an excellent complement to talk therapies.

Qualifications
Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy from the Centre for Craniosacral Therapy London.
1st class BSc in Homeopathy from Middlesex University.
Levels 1 and 2 in Distant Craniosacral Integration: distance healing.
Raj is also on the board of Trustees for the leading accrediting body charity: The CSTA (Craniosacral Therapy Association) and provides academic tutoring for students at the Centre for Homeopathic Education.
